Refund & Return Policy

At Maj, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. Please note that we do not offer a refund service. However, products can be exchanged only in the following cases:

 Terms:

1. If the product size is incorrect.

2. If the product arrives in a defective or damaged condition.

 Terms:

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original receipt.

• Maj reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the stated conditions.

Note: Customers are responsible for delivery charges in cases of incorrect product or size selection.

Damaged or Missing Items:

• If your item arrives damaged or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

• We will assess the issue and either resend the item or issue a refund based on the case.
